Refund & Return Policy

We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

To initiate a return, contact us at kittyforce.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the defect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

All other sales are final.
